There's a good chance of finding what you want on Etsy; the problem is that their search function is crap. I've been noodling about there since you put up your post, but no luck as of yet.
Cool, thanks for looking. I did a vague search on etsy but didn't turn up anything similar. Unfortunately outside of that any search for circuit board buttons tends not to turn up anything that doesn't involved fixing joypads.
