I went back to the physio a couple of weeks ago. It's nearly a year since I had my knee surgery, and while I'm never in any real pain, it was also apparent that it still wasn't quite right. My knee feels fantastic. Not perfect - it's still a tiny bit tight through the back - but pretty near, and certainly, suddenly so much better. I have a PT appointment on Friday and I need to find some way to really stress test it before then, which will probably involve heavy cutting exercises at one of the nearby pitches, but fingers crossed I' ( Read more... )
