Folkwear Vintage Vests, anyone?

I'm missing piece "V" (collar for the C view) from my Folkwear pattern 222 - and this is, of course, a piece that I need. If anyone has the pattern and would be willing to trace that one piece and mail it to me, I'd be greatly appreciative.
