1. Fëanor - as intriguing as he was, she never felt a great pull toward him, as they had few similar interests.
2. Fingolfin - He was just too formal-seeming for her.
3. Rúmil (of Tirion) - She always got the feeling that whenever she talked, he listened to and analyzed her Telerin dialect, not the content of her words.
(Sorry, I could only think of three who lived in Valinor who weren't her sons or nephews that were likely candidates! It's Tolkien's fault really, for not giving names to many Elves outside of the House of Finwe...)

Celeborn is "awesomecakes" because he is strong and assured, but willing to allow Galadriel the lead because he is self confident.
