Well, I last had an interview about eight years ago, so I'm not sure how much use I'll be, but here goes (no particular order):

1) What attracted you to this job?
2) What do you think are the most important skills for the job?
3) Why should we give this job to you?
4) Why are you looking for a new job?
5) Where do you see yourself in five/ten years time?
6) Why do you want a career in Cardiology?
7) What has been your greatest success?
8) What motivates you?
9) Describe yourself?
10) How will you balance the demands of work and study?
11) Are you competitive?
12) What would you say are your weaknesses?

...will that do for starters?

I'd also make sure you're up on current issues in the field/the hospital/the NHS - it always looks good when you've done research and know about the organisation. Is it a Foundation Trust hospital?

Think of some questions for the interviewer as well - I think it's better to focus on job rather than salary otherwise you might look too mercenary.

Hope this helps! :)
