Not always a good trip, either... though I'm always amazed at how much stuff has been filed away on LJ, conveniently out of conscious thought but still accessible.
At some times, I am impressed by some of the things I had to say and how I said it.
At other times, I was saddened by what I said, how I behaved and generally how naive I was.
At the same time, I think something has been lost in the trend towards microblogging in social media; the communication of ideas and beliefs. To some extent I miss my LiveJournal days, although I would never wish to be that person again.
