I like option 4 the best. It gives you choice, it's here. It might cost more in the short run but it gives you the freedom to choose.

You are right. I am rearranging my order. 3, 4, 2, 1. #3 is just going to be the best long term choice. its gonna be dirt cheap and it wont be like a specific lease no move in fees or anything. But if its getting closer to move time and still nothing we'll just find something. Today I'm over worrying, I'm on to being excited lol.
