This community if for me to post my icon bases ie backgrounds and tutorials.. basically anything in a graphic design nature. All works are to be credited. If I find out you have used one of my bases and didn't credit me you will be banned and I will spread the word around that you are a non crediting asshole =)

Yes you can as long as you give credit, and from what I see you do so on the 20th try joining again

I believe it was __cookiee. I noticed you also applied for B_I and I'm one of the mods there also and one of the older rules there is the no ex members as friends also.

If you go ahead and delete reapply and I'll approve it

5. For any reason you are banned from a community I'm part of, ie backstage_icons, you will be banned without a warning. Why? Because those are some of the best mods I know and they wouldn't ban you for a stupid reason.
