Ivy....hm. I think she tolerates Molly's big-sisterness with a secret appreciation of it, even if she is sometimes a little sarcastic. It feels a little like family, after all.

Morrolan is probably at least at the cordial greeting stage for the three of them who are there a lot, and will stop and chat if they seem interested (which mostly means Ritsuka and Axel probably, since the babyninja isn't very social, and maybe also Allen since he's tenuously connected with the 07-Ghost cast).
Ivy is less social but more omnipresent and creepily omniscient, and thus probably politely says hello and fails at small talk, like she does. She's talked to Miharu briefly, but nothing really came of it, and hasn't met your others.
Stiaan usually finds an isolated nook and reads there (now with 100% more Edward), so he's less likely to be social per se, but he'll definitely respond to anyone who's liable to talk to him first, and he might poke people who hit his pings (this being Axel, Allen and Roland, since he feels like Sera).

Yeah, Ivy is basically a different version of what Miharu has in his head, I think. With fewer rapist tendencies. (Except if you happen to be a Denarian.) I will...actually throw her into the post when you make it, orz.
