Yay! I'm glad it works. :) I had to think about that for a while; my impulse was to just draw her smiling and being pretty and I had to remind myself that she's Harley and is crazy, lol.

Beautiful, C! I love Eddie's smile the most :) and the way Harley's face is half dark. She really looks manic to me, and desperate, while Eddie looks sly, like a pimp. While the picture is very beautiful, it captures for me, at least, the possibly tragic nature of their relationship; how, if viewed through a glass darkly, she's just like any strung out young prostitute.

Bravo!

LOL! I'm not sure how I managed to not realize that while I was painting this but ... wow, he really does! And Harley is so unaware of how almost predatory he's being ... you've made me see all sorts of new things in this picture, and I would ramble about them, but I'll resist since that would be like commenting on my own pic, which would be ... weird, lol.

I am happy you like the lighting again (yay! lol) and the difference in their expressions, too! I had to think about that a lot, especially for Eddie, since I'm not very familiar with his character at all. It's weird, because I always delude myself into thinking that it should be easy to draw any character as long as I can find a picture of them. But whenever I go to draw new characters, if I don't know them well, I realize I have to at least do a little research so that I can try to show their personalities ...

And I'm babbling, lalalala ...

Anyway, thanks for commenting! And for flailing, and being distracted! It's always appreciated. :D

Sooo... can I.. uhm. Can I steal Eddie from Harl, do you think? Would she mind? is just that. Well, men aren't supposed to look that good on a lime bowler, but OMG SMOKING! Eddie's smile, sister, oh dear. You slay me. If that Eddie wants to be my sugar daddy, give him my number! pimpilicious.

LOL. Truer words have never been said. I don't know how it happened! I don't usually think of Eddie as being, well, hot, or even handsome, lol, but apparently he showed me. *grin*

Anyway, I'm happy that you like him (and want him for a sugar daddy! LOL. I think that's the best compliment I could've gotten :P) and his smile, too! I was just trying to make him look like he was being all cunning and thinking up ... riddles, lol, but he ended up trying to seduce the viewer instead. Not that I'm complaining. :)
