I'm mostly on top of comment replies and ... not completely out of touch with the flist, so I'd better get this out of the way before the ever downward slide of falling behind starts getting worse again, lol.

I can do both 3 and 5 for you! We would just need to get each other's IMs and schedules.

I am down to only 2 regular long-term beta commitments these days (Little Secrets and Being Jason White) and I am not the only beta on either of those. The rest are hodge-podge because most other people don't publish regularly (for example, I think I have the most long-suffering betas in history... lol... I'm always throwing stuff at them with little warning.)

As for the layout - I've learned how to do it, and it's easier than it seems.

What messenger do you use? I'm ParachuteRapture on AIM and taro_twist on Skype. And I think I have an MSN account, but I have to remember what it is, lol *scratches head*

Also, with the beta-ing, I'm guessing you'd want to stick to het and gen fic? Which is cool with me, but I just wanted to double check. :D

Actually, I could probably beta slash, although if it were NC-17, I might get a tiny bit squeamish - but I do read a little here and there, depending on the author. :) But if you have someone experienced in that style of writing, it would be good to run it by them too! :)

No worries there ... my characters are usually lucky if they even make it to first base, lol. Although I did get beta offers from a couple slashers, so I could probably just send my slashy stuff their way! Thanks for offering, though, and I will keep that in mind. :D

Whee! Thank you so much, Tam! I don't have any S/B stuff ready to go atm, but with the holidays rapidly approaching, that will change soon, lol. In any case, I'll email you once I've got something. :D

And yay for music! I would definitely go for more Jon Coulton--he is so cracktacularly awesome! And the other songs you described in your interview meme sounded really intriguing. But really, anything you're enjoying and feel like sharing is great with me. :D *hugs*

I will comment later again, but I have an Ankh that's not exactly like Deaths, but I'll take a picture of it for you, see if you want it :) I hardly use it, so if you want it I can send it to you :)

Fic! I'll work on fic! woot! And I can try to help with the betaing, if you want, if you don't mind me being a tad slow and not exactly english proficient.. :P I'm not a very good beta, lol.

AHHHHHH!!!!! OMG OMG OMG OMG it is soooo pretty! I would love that! Thank you so much, sis! *glomps* Although are you sure you actually want to part with it? lol. I just don't want you to, I don't know, be in a situation someday where you have to dress up as Death and then you realize you can't because I have your ankh. LOL. Plus, it's just really really pretty, especially with that little swirl in the middle ... I am amazed that you are willing to send it away! ^-^

Anyway, I will email you my address! But feel free to back out of sending it at any time; I would understand, lol. :D

Lol, I'm glad you like it! I need to go look for something I want to mail to loqia along with some music, and then I'll send everything! ..might not make it to you for Christmas, but maybe it will! I haven't used my ankh in years, is one of my necklaces from the goth days :) I still love it, but I never had a good chain or ribbon to go with it, and I would rather you have it! :3 It's not silver or anything, but I hope it will meet your criteria :)

Yay for fic! Fic is wunderbar! (Ahh, and this is totally unrelated, but I got your necklace! And your card! I will go squee over it in mail in a sec! Eeee!) And thank you so much for the beta offer, too! I think I'm covered for now (I didn't expect so many people to jump on that, lol!) but I will definitely keep you in mind. :D Trying to get my fic to make sense is the thing I have the most trouble with anyway, lol, so knowing that it makes sense would actually be a lot of help!
