RL ramble first ... sorry for going AWOL on the flist yet again! Nothing major is happening in RL, but there are lots of little things that have been adding up lately. WEEEEEE! Nightwing & Flamebird!! *flails excitedly*
Oooh, the coloring is gorgeous! You always draw light effect with watercolors so beautiful that it's mystery for me. XD I felt them exchanging glances with the other intimately. ^-^ Mmm, this looks like a picture of sacred ones... every churches in Kandor have this art on the wall and ceiling as their shining legend. *sighs happily*

Aaaah, and the second one! The pencil work is utterly beautiful and perfect! *flails more* I love all details, hands and cape and cowl! Eee, cowl! And somehow the folds gathering on his knees. Wow. (I thought this was from one of real comic-artist when I first saw it. o.o)

My first thought at seeing the Nightwing and Flamebird illustration: "Holy crap!" It is so good that all other thoughts were purged from my brain. The way the armor shines and the positions of the wings! I am blown away!

And the second one is fantastic too! I love how it's sort of unfinished at the bottom. And the teeny Superman on the horizon!

Also, you taking dance classes = AWESOME!
