Muffins are also very easy & delicious :3
Once you work through the homemade staples - assorted cookies, muffins, etc - then it might be worth it to take a class in fancier techniques. But you're right, classes are expensive ;_; I thought about doing one with my friend, but they're like $100 for a day!

But uh, you never took classes prior to making those pictures of treats you post? I would never have known if you didn't say anything. You always posts such delicious stuff.

Glasgow looks more modernized and less architecturally/aesthetically interesting, is that true, besides things like Glasgow Cathedral? How many days did you feel like you needed in Glasgow and Edinburgh each to just sort of explore and go touristy places? Also, I know there's a very central area in Edinburgh (Princes St/Royal Mile); is there a sort of equivalent centre of Glasgow? I guess these questions are kind of vague, but I really do appreciate your help. Thanks!
