o wow~~ ur so into the harry stuff *O* i just watched the recent HP movie and i thought it was pretti good =]...... lol i feel so noob compared to u xD
Ehehe ^^;; I follow the series too intensely. I wouldn't say that I "grew up" with it-- nothing sentimental like that. But I think that Rowling has created a really good series where the characters are so well developed that fans immerse themselves into the Wizarding world. I sound like such a book geek. Um.
I know several people that follow the series by the movies only. I think it's great that people can understand the series that way, because some times, the books are much too long. Believe me, I don't think I could put down as much thoughts as I did, if I only watched the film. The book goes into too much stuff I just couldn't shut up about. ^^;;
There's just something contradictory in book six, where Dumbledore says that, "The seventh part of his soul, however maimed, resides inside his regenerated body." with the Dumbledore in Harry's head from book seven saying, "You were the seventh Horcrux, Harry." D: I guess he changed his mind? So whatever he became after trying to kill Harry was whatever he was left.
Hi, I'm a random person randomly answering your questions ^^;; For the horcrux, Voldemort own body is not a horcrux but what it contained is some of Harry's mother's protection, which in the end saved Harry from him. Harry is Voldemort's horcrux, so there are 7 horcruxes. As for Elder Wand it became Draco's when he disarmed Dumbledore on book six. Imabear
Hi :D Thanks for trying to clarify it for me... so let me see if I understand it correctly.
Voldemort's own body lacked a proper soul, but as long as his horcrux were "alive," he could live. He intended to keep the seventh part of his soul intact in his own body when he visited the Potters that night, but when the killing curse bounced back to him, his soul was ripped from his body and latched onto Harry.
Thanks for the clarification on Dumbledore's disarmament. I went back to check book six right now, and found the exact passage you mentioned.

I think it goes with the "they are in a way the same" remember when Harry died but didn't? That was when the 7th one was broken sooo. Yeaaah.
Errk. My only fear now is that I will have more to say, and spend another hundred entries writing them out.
I have the same feelning for a while so I spazzed it all out and don't complain much. ;D
& I will not ever get over Fred dying, that was not cool. D:

I think that goes with the whole "Dumbledore didn't want you to know you have to die" thing to Harry and then Harry not dying!loophole, hohum.
