So I had a problem last week with one of my employees. So I did a reading on it. This is what I got.

So I got that the situation was the grasping the unseen. Manifesting/making it happen with conscious exertion of well and knowledge to manipulate the world. (

Sounds like the cards helped clarify your thoughts. Good stuff.

I would see the two of wands as needing to be open-minded and optimistic about the future in the context of making the transormation a positive one for everyone involved, and the king of cups as a qualifying warning to be fair and listen well to her side of things with empathy and understanding.

You didn't say if you used reversals. That could change everything. But I think not depending on every twist and turn of the cards, but using them to prompt your own responses, can be a more powerful way of using tarot, and you did that really well.

An easy way to start with reversals is to see it as an "energy blockage" of some sort... of the upright meaning. Everyone, even pros, have trouble with reversals, but with interpretation as in-depth as yours, I think you definitely could handle them. :-)
