I find it strange. My favorite thing to do is put on my robe and listen to music. Celtic or new age of course,, it grounds me. Relaxes me. Though i don't do it often enough, being as cold as it is here. I should. if for nothing else,, the felling, or setting

What about PSG in Ohio

PSG has a lot of diversity. It is many people there. There is an enclave called Rainbow Center which is GLBTetc formulated. The coordinators also run the Between the Worlds gathering for GBQ men in September at the same campgrounds. One option is to go around in disguise (i.e. comfortable summer camping clothing) for the first 2-3 days, meeting people here and there -- then break out the attire, as appropriate, during the rest of the week. There are so many things going on at PSG, and such diversity, its a bit of effort to sort through things. The BTW gathering has a narrower scope.

In my view, the first year one attends is reconnoitering and meeting new friends. Usually people come away amazed -- though some non-camper sorts do find the camping part of the gathering a challenge. The second year will then carry more familiarity. People who "go with or meet friends" there, can get a guided tour, of course.

Thanks for the info, I think it is BTW gathering i'm attracted to, So i'll have to do some study.. I hope some of us mire shy types can go with out the pressure of meeting people right off.. I can be outgoing when I want to, but when i'm reconnecting with nature,, i usually need some time to adjust. I'll have to check it out more.. thanks for the great info.
