brilliantly done, nice pictures, and an excellent - and informative - job on showing the french names of the tarot deck, revealing other meanings in the cards.

Thank you very much! (^o^) I'm glad you like them, as I really had a lot of fun making this set. The meanings included with the cards are an amalagamation of historical interpretaions and Rider-Waite designations when I couldn't find anything more definite, so I hope it worked out.

Well, like I mentioned in the credits, some of them you can find at gankutsuou, but a lot of them I ended up capping myself with BSPlayer. Are there any you need in particular?

Would it be okay if I used this icon set as something to base a fic off of (mainly, the descriptions of the cards, and the persons they correspond to)?

I'm so sorry! I was meaning to reply, but I lost track until I got another comment was left on here (^o^);;.

I'd certainly love to see your fanfic when it's done; there isn't enough good Gankutsuou fanfiction out there, at least, last time I checked. I'm really flattered that you want to use these descriptions, but to be honest, I'd feel a little self-conscious to have them being used for a fic. While I did try to do as much research on the topic as I could, these are a little biased, as some information was either omitted, or slightly tweaked to make the cards correspond better to the people I ended up associating them with.

Best of luck~! And do leave a link whenever you post your fic, I'd love to see it!

Thank you very much~! (^o^) I had fun making these. It was also pretty educational, too, going back to historical associations for the imagery involved. The Hanged Man was most interesting, in particular.
