Oh British acting pool, what a tangled web...

In the past on several occasions I have noted here how much of a small, small world it is when it comes to the general size of the acting pool in Great Britain. There's crossovers all the time, and it always makes me cackle when I recognize an actor making the jump from one BBC program to another or over the pond to America.

Take Downton Abbey,

Penelope Wilton was also in Calendar Girls with Julie Walters who played Molly Weasley in HP with Maggie Smith :D

British actors are either in Doctor Who or Harry Potter... or connected to someone who was. :D

I think so, yes. Those two programs are like Coronation Street. Everybody and their mother has been on that show.
