Lol. :D I'm working on some new layouts for both of my journals, but it's hard. I want to use my Knights pictures for one of them, but I don't know who to use.
I thought about that for awhile. I say, use Josh Fields. He takes some pretty pictures. And when he doesn't take pretty pictures he's making really really stupid faces that are hilarious.
Lol!! I just saw my link on your journal. "Babysitter" lol, that sounds like you're 5 and I'm the 16-year-old pris who watches you and makes sure you don't set the house on fire. Hahahahahahaha. :-) But we all know who I babysit. And boy do they need it. Woo.
Oo, you live in Myrtle Beach! I love the Pelicans! Aah! I'm from Winston-Salem so I'm a Warthogs fan through-and-through (despite how angry the Sox management may make me) but leaving hometown allegiances aside I'm a huge Pelicans fan.
I hope that wasn't a bunch of gobbledy-gook, lol. I'm a baseball nut.
Just thought I would leave a comment so that you don't think I'm a creepy stalker! I was searching around LJ for photo-a-day type journals, cause I needed some inspiration - i've been contemplating starting project 365, and FINALLY decided to just dive in and do it! It just also happens that I love baseball too :D I only WISH i had a DSLR so I can take pictures of the games I go to.
Haha, I'm glad you commented. I've had some weird experiences with this thing already. I have a bunch of other people's Project 365s in the userinfo of this community, and I'm pretty sure they'd be more than happy to add you too! Let me know when you get yours set up and I'll add it to my friends list and the list in my userinfo!
Haha, the pretty big camera is my mother's technically. But since she goes to all the games too (and she never uses the camera) I get to take it and stalk people point it at the players.
Thanks for adding me! I already made my community, but I have to actually start posting things in there and put stuff in the userinfo! But once that stuff is taken care of, I can add tarpsliding to there, too :)
And you KNIT! haha, that's just awesome. I love to knit. I have a Slytherin scarf too, but I got that before I learned how to knit.
I love knitting too, I'm actually getting to the point where I can do fancy things. Well, fancier things. I.e. more complicated than Harry Potter scarves. The first thing I ever finished was my Gryffindor scarf... which seems to be longer and bigger but I think I used 8s or 9s on it and this time I used 7s. Ah, well. They're both pretty. (I might as well just make a Ravenclaw and a Hufflepuff one the way I'm going, lol).
what camera are you using? this photo is so crisp and clear. It's good to see other people undertaking something as involved as project 365. Check out ShutterCal.com for a website designed specifically with project 365 in mind...
The baseball pics are all with a Canon Rebel XT (which I haven't had my hands on in months since it's "my mother's" lol). I use a Sony Cybershot DSC-W80 for most of my pics. I like to get up in everything's face, so it's Macro feature is spectacular for shoving into syrupy pancakes etc.
oh, the canon rebel is a sweet camera. i use my roommates sometimes when she isnt using it. i was thinking about getting a cybershot, but the saleguy couldnt convince me to buy it. i dont think he knew very much about cameras...but it is good to know that the macro is good. chances are ill pick one up after my current camera (pentax optioS6) bites the dust.
