...and there's some serious internal fangirling going on inside. Not for the witty dialogue, as some might think. Not for the borderline slash, which I know others on my friends list definitely think. It's for the witty subversion or echoing of a bunch of different Sherlock Holmes details.

The little details are fantastic. And it gets turned up to eleven in episode three, because Gatiss is an even bigger fanboy than Moffat. On that topic, how fantastic is Gatiss as Mycroft? He's so over-the-top and it makes me flail with joy every time he's on-screen.
