As you may or may not remember they have been outsourcing everything that isn't nailed down at work. Half of my team is now based in India with 3 of us left in the UK. Up to now all of the on call work is done from the UK. We found out today that

Possibly. The problem is they cannot think outside of the box. They just can't do it. Some might consider that a teeny tiny problem doing a job which requires a lot of free thinking.

But hey when did common sense stop anyone from saving a few pennies.
