 So I'm kind of just trying to avoid the whole Doctor Who fandom right now. So much wank. It's just, these episodes made me squee and flail, and they were fun and intriguing, and I don't want to overthink it. I want to squee and flail, and maybe have flaily debates about what's going to happen, but I'm sick of people talking about the issues with

I agree about the Doctor Who fandom thing. What I miss most from my first fandom is our message boards. I wish I could find a good board community - I don't even know if they *exist* anymore. Isn't that a little pathetic of me? Ha. Sigh.

Aww, I miss message boards. My first fandomyness was on a Lord of the Rings board in like 2003. They must be out there somewhere, though.

Favourite part I have NO idea. Canton was awesome, and all the River/Doctor flirting was awesome, especially all the good lines. Mostly I just like how it is possible to ship everyone on the TARDIS with everyone else [in the fandom] at the moment, and none of it is mutually exclusive.

Yess it's so fabulous. It means that I ship Amy/Doctor to my little heart's content but at the same time also ship Amy/Rory, Doctor/Rory, and all three. I still don't know how I feel about River, but I really liked her kissing the Doctor at the end and she had some brilliantttt lines :D

I only ship Amy/Doctor if it's Amy/Doctor/Rory. That was a hilarious kiss (Eleven!arms are the new Kermit!arms), and she does have great lines. Plus I like the way she interacts with Amy and Rory.
