Man, no running water sucks a lot. I'm down with no lights as candles are much more romantic in that tomorrow-i-get-to-scrape-wax-off-the-counter manner. But no potty = big pain in ass. We were lucky here in Indiana to be far enough west to escape the burn.

I am glad you survived though! huzzah. You and Tara are tuff kiddies.

I have an LJ now to go with my Xanga. rah rah. Just like you guys.

Yeah, I don't even think we would have had the same problem if we were living in a bungalow or something, but they use electrical power to pump the water all the way up to us. If it wasn't for that, we'd have been fine. Candles ARE great.

Heh, it seems like all the cool kids are getting livejournals now. :-)

I guess you are correct: all the cool kids do have LJs. heehee.

But I guess not all the cool kids have constant electricity. Break out them chamber pots.

Ahh! You posted on are_you _hip!!! I would give you a "yes" vote, but I left the community because I found that there are only about 2 people on there who actually were hip. Plus, it's hard for me to say mean things to anyone. But I did absolutely love how so many 15 and 16 year olds told me that I was a loser.

Yeah, I found a few people there who seemed interesting, but mostly it was the reaction I expected. They only seem to like sexually non-threatening boys - if I really wanted to get in, I should have said I like Belle and Sebastian and poetry. Thanks, though. I think you're hip, too. :-)
