customer: 'I'm looking for a book that I saw on TV this morning' me: 'was it made into a film then' customer: 'no it was advertised' (like I was stupid!) me: 'can you remember the title' customer: 'no. didn't you see it?'
You can tell that I liked them so much, I still remember them after 2 years. I'm still amazed that these people even bother trying to read.
