We made the Abakadoo ma' Taheena and the Acar Kuning tonight. The avocadoes I used for the Abakadoo ma' Taheena weren't very ripe and I think that my tahini is kinda old, so it ended up really potent tasting and chunky, even after several zips through the food processor. It'll be ok with toasted pita wedges, but a bit thicker than I would have liked.

The Acar Kuning is good, but Jay only used broccoli and chopped up more than the recipe required, so we could have used more seasoning.

I can't wait to try more of them! We've been in that "always chompin' on the same thing" rut since school started, so it was great to sample some new grub.
