At the end of the day

At the end of the day, we only really have to answer to ourselves. It's more an awareness of a curse than it is a liberating notion. You can dodge the outside observers and critics all you want, but there's never even a glimmer of nothingness in even the greatest seclusion. Maybe this is where the urge to meditate should kick in. Been there, done that ... especially when I was unemployed. It was *me* that was the problem, why I lost my last job, and couldn't find another ... how I'm not cut-out for the professional world, etc.

This attitude had ripple effects on the rest of my life and feelings of self-worth in general. I doubted nearly everything good in my life.

Anyway, hang in there.
