After the Vietnam interval, we continue back with Montenegro where we left off.

Mt Lovcen is the 2nd or 3rd highest peak in Montenegro, a hilly country, sitting at almost 3000m above sea level (if i recall correctly), and they built a majestic mausoleum to the country's founder. Awesome views all round...

Caodaism is a fascinating religion, a mixture of Taoism, Catholism, Islam and Buddhism, with some 2 million followers. They worship at their temple 4 times a day, six hourly from 6am in the morning.

Kotor sits at the inward end of the Mediterranean's only fjord. Up from just behind the walled city is an old castle, half collapsing, but gives an awesome view of the inner length of the fjord. The climb takes almost an hour, but is worth all the huffing and puffing

Montenegro is often a forgotten part of Serbia and Montenegro, hiding behind the more glamorous Belgrade and the more famous cities of its neighbour croatia along the Adriatic coast.
