I feel such deep sadness for and about Allison. She did terrible things, but first, she was a victim. I hope she can receive counseling and rehabilitation while she is incarcerated, and she can serve a reduced sentence if she reforms and helps law enforcement with evidence on the cult leader.

I can't get over the look on Tom's face, and in his eyes, in the photos and videos. He looks hilariously both amused and bemused, and supremely relaxed, in every single one of them. He seems so happy. That makes me feel happy.
Yes, I really hope the arrest has been a wake-up call for Allison. If she is free from the cult leader's control, she could help authorities dismantle the cult and save other women.

And rumours are that Allison may be cutting a deal, so it sounds like she may have already been brought to her senses somewhat now that the head of the cult is in prison and no longer able to manipulate her. That would be very good news. Get this guy locked up before he exploits any more women.
I place most of the blame on this Keith person and see her as another one of his victims, but the general consensus seems to be that they were working together and that she’s almost as bad as he is, which I just can’t see. I mean she was working with him obviously in that she was recruiting women for him, but it was hardly an equal partnership! While Raniere is the main villain and I agree that Allison is also a victim, she put other women in harm's way in order to "keep her man." And that is a very dangerous mindset. She seemingly didn't care that other women were getting hurt, as long as Raniere was pleased with her

Oh I definitely agree about intensive therapy being a good idea, I don’t mean to downplay that Allison did do some awful things by all accounts as part of this cult, just that I’m not comfortable with the discussions I’m coming across on places like Reddit and ONTD where nearly everyone seems to be acting like she’s a co-conspirer who was scheming and working alongside Keith Raniere, as opposed to being one of his many brainwashed victims who was suffering from the same prolonged sleep deprivation and malnutrition that all of the women were put under in order to make them easier to control.
The whole thing is just really sad to me, I wonder what cast members like John Glover and Cassidy Freeman are making of it all when they seemed particularly close with Allison
I understood what you meant, that the focus has been on Allison, rather than the actual cult leader (who is the most guilty and most dangerous.)

I think she's getting talked about more than KR simply because she's famous and he wasn't, and she played a character that so many people loved that there's this sense of betrayal. But she is also a victim, no question.
