Sounds like it would be just as good minus the shrimp--I have a jar of Alfredo sauce around here somewhere...

*g* It would be just as good vegetarian, or with chicken instead of shrimp. I've made a variation with spinach, too, that was very tasty. The great thing about this recipe is that it's dead simple (veggies, maybe meat, pasta, sauce), delicious, and it looks a LOT fancier than it is.

And for my uses, kids eat it. *g*
