Backtagging: Yes, please, anytime! Also, feel free to nudge me if I'm being slow, which I sometimes am.
Threadhopping: In most cases, it would be fine, where appropriate. Unless it's something intense or important, but ask if you're not sure.
Fourthwalling: Not in the sense of knowing Reno is from a video game, no. Referential jokes and/or confusion with Axel from KH are fine, though.

Hugging this character: Yes!
Kissing this character: Go right ahead.
Flirting with this character: Hell yeah.
Fighting with this character: Yes. Reno will realistically be no match for super-powered fighters, but she's a professional and quite skilled.
Injuring this character: No problem, but let's plan ahead.
Killing this character: Yes, but again, previous planning is needed.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Reno has no resistance to such powers.
Warnings: Reno can be dangerous, so proceed with caution. Or not! She's more likely to just be a jerk than actually go out of her way to harm your character.
Sensitive subjects: None to speak of. Reno will talk about pretty much anything, and I'm fine with offensive subjects IC.
