Coeliac savoury pancakes

Recipe letter a friend sent me. The problem is that I don't know 20 people to send this out to in the first place. In the second my recipes tend to be sort of specialised. So herewith:

NB. Buckwheat is terribly moody. It burns quickly especially when you add sugar and cook it on the top of the stove or bake a Crumble, Streussel or cookies at too

mmm pancakes. Honestly I still enjoy that "E" wakes up early sometimes on the rough mornings for me in a weekend, and will make pancakes.
