Sleep really is a necessary thing. {Chuckles} Far too often I stay up for 24-48 hours, and then I end up crashing for 12 or more to sleep. Then again other times I only sleep 3-6 hours a day. My body doesn't know what the heck to do. Anyone else have that problem?
