Ummm..... water exploded into the shop underneath us again... help... T_T

I'm scared that if stuff keeps going wrong and the landlady has to keep paying big bills, she'll sell the flat and leave us homeless again. She has already threatened to do this... ;_;

I feel so shit upon... what am i being punished for..? >_<;;

Your landlady needs to realise that none of this is your fault as you've only just moved in. You can't help it if her or past tenants haven't bothered taking good enough care of the flat, and things have started to go wrong with it now. It's her responsiblity to fix the flat - that's the duty of a landlady -she can't expect to just sit back and take money off her tenants without ever having to lift a finger.
Sorry - rant over. That just really annoyed me :p

Have to agree its the landladys responsability to make sure the flat is up to a certain standard, plus this has happened so soon after the last time it makes me wonder if the repair was carried out correctly in the first place.
You are not being punished, how can you be held accountable for any of this as you have only just moved in and have no prior knowledge of what has happened there before.
