oh it's about attendance, i see. Well no wonder i never got it before... And trust me to only get it when half the term is spent on study leave anyway. Some things don't change :)

It *is* cool, especially since i had all of £0.38p in my account before. I only bothered to check it because they emailed me about some new mortgage offer they're doing or something.

(btw do you have any idea of when your people are gonna pay you what they owe from January?)

Well, this is an election year for Mayor here in Seattle. Even though our contracts all expired December 31 of last year, we still don't have new ones approved yet. The unions are dragging out negotiations with the City, trying to leverage more concessions from the City in exchange for the votes of the union members. We won't get our COLA back pay until after the new contracts are approved. Worst case, anytime between now and early November.
