The thing about making the DS into a MP3/Video player, if your talking about the "Max Video" (I forgot real name) thing you can buy for it, I have it, and while it is a good MP3 player (if you can bear with the GBA slot component jabbing you in the side, the video converter, makes the videos really low quality, and small.

Now, I still use the video converter to watch Anime Music Videos while on break or something. But I wouldn't watch a movie on the small screen for the simple fact that unless you don't own a TV theres next to no point in baring through the awful quality, and if you ever plan on watching a Movie on it, you must have access to a computer and a DVD drive to Rip the image and then re-encode in the low-quality format for your DS. I mean aside from the aspect of being cool, its no better really then watching a movie on your cell phone.

Of course if you didn't mean that, then I just typed the majority of that for no reason at all. Sorry that your favorite actor died btw.
