My knees ouch!

Yesterday i went running i got an ok time and then i did school while listening to my new Gwen Stefani CD which I bought with my money and my friends lol amanda and then my dad came home and we went to the walls but my knees were really hurting so i practiced some free kicks and came home and then i wached showtime that movie was sooooooooooo
