Uberman!

I've started on Uberman's Sleep Schedule. The idea is that by taking a 20 minute nap every 4 hours (and not sleeping at any other times) you can train yourself to go into REM instantly, thereby getting a full 2 hours of REM per day, which is better than the supposedly required 1.5 hours. Colin, you dummy...it says specifically NOT to try the schedule if you're under 18 (still growing.) Trying this sleep pattern may stunt your growth. You're too young to try it, it might wreck your system.
