im crippled, haha, not really. Gave blood today and now my arm is pretty much useless. which is fun. i have to say that the best part of giving blood was hearing Kirsty say to one of the women

aw poor you! ive just been complaining about how much it hurts, it didt even leave that big a mark, im a bit disappointed!

yeah, i suppose that's true, but dunno, maybe things just seem funnier after you lose a pint of blood
