NaNoWriMo Begins!

Nov 01, 2005 00:44

Yay! I can officially start NaNoWriMo right now. I've got my background all switched around and everything. (The Demon mentioned that maybe she'd try to keep the same wallpaper up for the whole month of November. I think that's a cool idea, except lately I've been using the same wallpaper for long stretches of time. So I think I'll try the ( Read more... )

Wee! That was really good! I feel so unaccomplished now. I'm procrastinating already!

*cough* Would Cain really, you know, say "take better care of your brother than I ever did" When he you know, killed his brother?

Eh.

Anyway, the whole damning us both thing 1) made me sad and upset and 2) reminded me of this anime last night where this girl makes this pact with "Jigoku Shoujo" to get revenge on this evil girl, ferrying her to hell, but then the girl has this mark on her chest now saying that when she dies she'll go to hell too.

I don't think I'd ever hate someone that much.

Anyway, I'm procrastinating.

Love you!

Yay! I'm glad you liked it. Like twenty seconds after I posted this I decided that it was crap and that I really don't like any of the characters right now. Although they do become more likeable in the future, I swear. Or I'm hoping they will, at any rate. Gah!

Um, see, I'm going on the grounds that Cain's been in the Hot Place for a really, really long time, so he's had a lot of time to think and such. Being responsible for everyone who needed his help during his lifetime and directing generations of descendents to do the same has probably given him something of an Ed-complex too. In retrospect, he probably feels like he should have taken better care of his brother, you know? Hind sight being twenty-twenty, and all that.

Hey, no procrastinating, though. I want to read your story, damn it.

And you know? I don't think I'll ever hate someone that much either. But if it was to save their life ... Well, maybe.

Isn't that part of this? You think everything you write is crap, right, but some of it ends up not being?!

That said, I love it babe! I like it way better than mine. So much drama. I like drama :) You've got me intrigued. And I think what you're saying about Cain makes sense. In a really twisted kind of way which is totally the best way.

Well, yeah, but I don't think I'm supposed to start not liking the characters till I'm a little farther into this... Waugh. Angsty bitches. I disown them. (Well, not really.)

*Considering.* I'm wondering if the Cain principle will make sense to the rest of the world, though... (Us being the twisted logic-y people that we are.)

Excellent! I especially like the job you did creating the chaotic atmosphere in the very beginning. It set the tone nicely =)

I can't wait to read more of it.
