So I haven't posted here in very close to forever... (I know. You lot are probably getting tired of hearing that.) I have, however, been writing in the Ranting (real life) LJ, auroleus, so I am y'know ... Not Dead.

And I'm currently stuck on the theory of dystopian fairy tales. Here's a snippet of something I wrote for aestusargenteus as a consolation for *ahem*

Ah, yes, well. I'm weak and pathetic and I have mad, undying love for that damn line. If I could've made every segment in this piece start with that too, I probably would've, but it just didn't work.

... Although the stylistic similarities probably explain why I am currently in the "hate" mode of my love-hate relationship with the present tense.
