They're getting the kitten this weekend and then I won't be kittensitting until later this month, but I will do my best to post pictures ASAP.

I've actually heard about using castor oil on the face being good. I've never tried it though.

Teaching your friend's cat a new name is completely awesome.

And why is the Mesa College campus ridiculous? I was going to attend there this semester, but they told me they would rather have me skip this semester and try back in the spring.

The way my sociology teacher explained it is best:

They've cut a bunch of classes this semester due to budget cuts. However, there are still the same number of students trying to take what is now less classes. So, particularly the first 2 weeks, parking is a nightmare. Everyone is trying to crash classes they need. On top of that, they are still doing a lot of construction on/around campus. It's insane. I have to get to campus at least an hour before my class starts to make sure I find parking.

In a nutshell - too many people, not enough room.

Hopefully, the parking situation will be better after this week because this is the last week to add classes.

Honestly, I had forgotten how bad the parking situation is there. Lucky for me, I have a friend who can get me a staff parking permit and so I didn't have to deal with all that.
