I just got back for a lovely day out and about in downtown San Jose. No sarcasm. It was actually very lovely. I'm a bit stressed right now, mostly because they just loooove to make things hard on you...this mysterious 'they' being the government, faculty and staff of every University and even Community college I've ever been to, and random people ( Read more... )

My favorite Radiohead song is still 'Fake Plastic Trees', though. I hope you feel better -- College is a big load of suck, but someday you'll get out of it, and be all the better for your trials and tribulations.

If it makes you feel better, they cancelled my one class I was taking this semester. I'm gonna try and plead for them to reconsider. Probably gonna fail. Which means another semester without Japanese, without school. I"m that much farther from the UofA again. But all in all, I can hope right?

Were you the mysterious extra student in DTC JPN 202? They just cancelled the class last night, didn't bother to inform half the students, and now Pima's backpeddling with stupid reasons. They say that they always cancel the class with lower enrollment when DTC had 11 students and NW only had 7. >_< So now I have to go all the way to NW twice a week and use a new textbook. Sometimes, you wonder if PCC is really worth the trouble.

Good luck on calling them. I intend to as well this afternoon.

And if that wasn't your class.. o_o My mistake.

I was going to give you an emergency "WTF" call as soon as I knew. Not that I was taking the class, but I have vested interest in keeping you two at DTC. LOL. (Seeing as I'm going to be losing my f-ing mind there 5 days a week.)

You should be able to do something, especially if your instructor is willing to fight it.
