FOR SALE: Victorian Vignette Underbust Skirt
This gorgeous pleated skirt features Victorian vignettes of a wedding scene and a floral and striped pattern. It has a side zipper with a small piece of elastic in the center back. The raw edges have been finished with my brand new serger. I finished this today and wore it for about
2 minutes to take a photo.

On, there was a bit of a breeze so the pleats look a little off.
Waist: 30 inches flat, with about 2 inches of stretch
Lenght: 23.5 inches
(When I say "waist", I mean the underbust area where the skirt is supposed to sit.)
