I've been pulling for another Subway World Series since... well, around the middle of the season, I guess.

Everyone's goin' down. At this point, nothing is going to stop my boys. The 2006 World Series is ours.

Am I sensing some RSN bitterness? No one can deny what the Yankees have done this year. The Red Sox had plenty of opportunities to put it away, and they didn't.

That's what separates the mediocre from the amazing.

Because amazing teams give up a 3-0 lead in a championship series! :D

I'm happy though, because the one Sox-Yankees game I went to this season, the Red Sox won, and what's more so, I made a little girl cry when I applauded A-rod for striking out.

Amazing teams also win 26 world championships. Somehow, I think it makes up for it. ;-)

It's a shame you didn't make it to the massacre five game Yanks/Sox series. It's a shame I didn't get to go to that. Those tickets were probably worth more than my life.
