Oh hi! It's that time again! I'm still playing catch up to where I am in the game so we're moving this along a little bit! What are we doing? Why the Board Game Challenge of course! This is the start of the second generation, if you missed last generation or any of the updates, you can go here to find all my legacy stories and catch up! But let's move on with the more important stuff. I have given up trying to figure out how cuts work on LJ, every time I attempt it, it DOES NOT WORK, so I'm done with that. Totally random, but whatever, I'm not doing it anymore. So we move to more this related, I see a lot of legacy writers/players offer up their founders/heirs as downloadable Sims to other people. This is an option available, but I don't have enough readers to really do it, so I don't know if I should yet. So few readers that are out there lurking (I hope, I hope I'm not talking to myself), do you want the Gioco family as downloads?
Know what today is? It's May the 4th be with you! So to all your Star Wars nerds out there, happy May the 4th be with you! Hope you enjoyed it! I slept through mine, sort of, I am not feeling very good today, so I stuck the kids on the wii and they watched themselves.
But enough of that, you're here for the Giocos, not to listen to me ramble on and on. So what happen last update? Well, just to recap, the family settled into their new house, Alucard showed off his major manwhoreness, there were a LOT of birthdays, Helba and Solomon went out on the town and got frisky in the photobooth, annnd the upcoming heir was announced! Not really, it was teased and you're here to find out who won! So without further delay, I give you the poll results!
Our heir is Lilica!!! Yes! Honestly, she was who I was pulling for, she has such a great mix of genes that I kind of wanted to doctor the results because she was falling so behind. Though if you want to know a secret, I sort of wished Alucard won, his family (I play the spares) was so full of drama it would have been entertaining, but I love Lilica so this works for me!
Also, if you're wondering where this poll was done, it was on the Chatterbox of Gaiaonline, because they will do anything if you tell them they can't. I'm hoping future polls may be done here, but I need more readers for that.

- To be a good Scrabble player, you need to know a lot of words. That means reading a lot of books, so your sim must maximize their cooking, mechanical, and cleaning skills all via the bookcase. They must also learn parenting, fire prevention, anger management, lifelong happiness, physiology, and couples counseling from the bookcase as well, so you better find yourself a comfy chair, because you're in for a lot of sitting down.
- In Scrabble, everyone wants to be the one to place their word on the coveted triple word score squares. Well, what you should really be concentrating on now is getting a triple MONEY score. As soon as the first member of generation 2 ages into adult, make sure to check and see how much cash your sims' household has on hand, because you're going to need to have triple that by the time the next generation takes over.
So there it is, let's get going, for real this time!
So here she is, the winner of the poll and the new heir, Lilica!
So no time to waste! Get a job! Any job! I sort of totally ignored her lifetime want, and she became a dancer.
Again, no time to waste, I send her out with some limited funds to find herself a husband from the matchmaker, I only had enough for one full shot like this, so let's get it right shall we? I mean you have more then that, but you need to survive after this too.
So Lilica handed over $5,000 and the matchmaker went to work looking for the perfect match for my little Lilica.
And this fell out of the sky. He's not bad, but...I don't really like the wide lips and such, so we're going to pass on him, they were only one bolt anyways.
With the matchmaker being a complete fail, Lilica heads out to find her own love. She's a pretty girl, she'll find something right?
Poker is a good way to meet people too. Plus she can try and make up some of the money we wasted on that matchmaker too.
While she was playing, I was scoping the room for her, and found this one. He has some interesting genetics, I won't say he's perfect, but better then the last guy...I like his facial structure, so let's send over our girl.
Okay, so there went that. She shuttered at the thought of him, so no whatever his name is...
Really? No Teizo either?! Awww, I really like him.
And doesn't he look so sad to be rejected? Damns.
OMG! Someone she actually likes! This is Romy, though he's actually Bill Kaulitz. They were three bolts!
And this random dude, she liked him too. Hmm I'm not sure which one to pick, so we'll decide later.
Upon getting home, this happens immediantly. I don't know who started it, if it was Lilica, Helba, or Solomon....but let's not burn the house down guys.
Too bad your rescuer is a girl...we could have had some fun with that one. Oh well, we didn't loos anything so onwards!
We interrupt the husband hunting and fires to give you an awkward Sims moment, brought to you by Helba and Solomon. I think...I think she was trying to give him a backrub, but I'm not sure what happen. Derp derp Helba, next time go AROUND the couch. I know you're old and stuff but really...
So unable to make my mind up between random townie and Romy, I sent Lilica to the matchmaker one more time, handed over ANOTHER $5,00 and prayed the old hag wouldn't drop another ugly townie on me. And she drops Daunte, one of my townie creations. I let Helba have hers, and these two are three bolts, so why not let her keep hers.
Yeah, he's a keeper, I like him, he's cute. And they share her first kiss (I forgot to do hers a teen), how romantic is that?
Back at home, I find the ever adorable family doing this, I love this family so damn much! XD
Daunte drops by and Lilica greets him with a big ol' kiss! It was about this time I realized he could sort of squeak in with the name theme, Dante from Devil May Cry? I mean it's spelled different, but we can pretend right? I thought it was funny anyways.
Daunte meets her father, Solomon approves despite the tattoos and the being pretty much shirtless, good good. I can honestly say Helba didn't react the same...the two hate each other.
I don't remember why I took this screenshot, all I know is that it's adorable so have some cute couple hugs and be happy! HAPPY!
On their next date, Daunte proposes to Lilica under the gazebo and a very pretty park. I approve Daunte, I approve, very romantic.
Lilica of course says yes!
And as soon as they are home it's a simple backyard wedding for the two of them, surrounded by family and friends.
I broke out the flowers for this, I though it would be pretty and I am happy with it...it was. They exchange rings admist whatever type of flowers those are.
And you may now kiss the bride! WEDDING SPAM! Remember, I love the weddings, so bear with me here.
I let Lilica cut the cake, just because I want to see how she feeds it to her long awaited hubby.
She of course shoves it in his face, like father like daughter right? I missed his chubby cheeks but this is cute too.
Daunte toasts to his new bride while Solomon toasts with an invisible glass.
They are just so cute, as the wedding winds down after an endless parade of toasts, they enjoy a kiss.
The two run off to enjoy their "honeymoon" one of these days I might just find Bon Voyage and spoil my Sims.
Once they get home they waste no time working on the babies. Yup, Legacy Sims are not allowed any breaks, wedding and then babies...no fun, sorry.
I heard the bells! First shot and she's preggers, yessss. Good job Daunte.
Well, now that you are offically a member of the Legacy house, we have to change your clothing. I wanted to let him keep his general look, so I got lucky and found this little number. I think it suits him, he doesn't look so sure.
Aww poor Lilica....she had morning sickness so bad, she spent more time like this then doing anything else, I felt so bad for her.
But after she managed to get up, this happened. I'm so happy, Daunte fits right in doesn't he?
Daunte: Babe! You have to jump OVER the hole, not into it!
Lilica:! Shut up! I know! -smacks with the control-
Hmm, this reminds me of me and my boyfriend...careful Lilica, you probably shouldn't look at any in-game maps or you might really get it. Just saying.
But we break up the impending fight with a baby belly pop!
Stop being so cute Daunte, I can't stand it @_@
Helba is super excited to be a grandmother, she can't really wait for the baby, and she won't leave the belly alone. Daunte and Solomon talk about kids too, only Solomon is warning him, I hope....
And this is what goes on in this house...a lot, they gotta get those things learned! So lots of reading, more then anything else.
Except this, when the baby is ready the baby is ready, so down with the studying and time for the pain!

Also, probably my favorite Resident Evil heroine, I love Claire...an argument me and my boyfriend have constantly, who's the best.
Helba always is messing with the babies, she checks on them constantly. I guess she misses having babies in the house.
With her grandbabies here and the second generation doing well on their own, Helba decides to retire. She never made it to the top of her career, after being demoted, she just didn't have enough time. It was kind of depressing. Oh well I suppose.
Before they knew it, it was time for the twins' birthday. So mommy and daddy bring them to their cakes to make wishes.
Claire manages to age up first. That hair always makes me sad, it's so boring, but I'll let her keep it for now.
And Jill. SO ADORABLE! I love the hair you picked sweety, you can keep that for sure.
And we end the update with the twins hugging in their updated outfits. The start of pink generation, and they are adorable.
