A Shit-Ton of Dean/Cas Drabbles That I'm Too Lazy To Make Individual Posts For

Title: Kiss Me 'Till You're Drunk
Author: tasty_boots
Rating: PG-13
Genre and/or Pairing: Spoilers: N/A
Warnings: None
Notes: This might be mildly OOC, but I wrote it late at night, and it is an AU.
Word Count: 483
Summary: Little AU Dean/Cas drabble prompted and based on the song Moves Like Jagger by Maroon 5.

They catch sight of each other across the bar, and Dean can't help help but think of what a cliche that is. The bar is probably the best lit area of the club besides the bathrooms, but it's still hard to make out the guy's features, what with the strobe lights and all. Even so, Dean can tell he's a looker; dark hair, great jaw line, impeccably dressed. He gets up and walks toward the dance floor, and Dean is mesmerized by the way he moves. He spins on his heel, looks right at Dean, beckons him with a finger, and walks into the crowd.

Dean is on his feet and following in seconds. He looses him somewhere in the mass of dancing bodies, but a hand reaches out to pull him farther into the crowd, and when Dean looks up, he's smiling back at him. They face each other as a faster song starts and this close Dean can tell he's beautiful; full lips, bright eyes, stubble. They sway closer and closer together till they're moving against each other. The song slows down and they meet each other's eyes, and without further preamble, Dean leans down ever so slightly to kiss him.

He surges up into the kiss, brings one hand up to curl around the back of Dean's head, and wraps the other around his waist. The beat picks back up and they grind along with it in a way that Dean would usually be embarrassed about, but his mouth, his tongue has him more intoxicated than any of the drinks he had back at the bar. They break apart and he leans up to Dean's ear in a way that makes him shiver.

"Wanna get out of here?"

Dean smiles and pulls him toward the exit. They step outside and the music fades to just the bass as the door swings shut, but Dean feels like his heart is pumping to the beat. Dean doesn't want that feeling to stop, so he pulls him in close and kisses him again. One of the bouncers whistles at them and they pull apart.

"I'm Cas, by the way," he says.

Dean licks his lips, "That's a weird name."

Cas smiles, "Tell me about it."

Dean grins, "I'm Dean."

"That's a boring name."

Dean laughs, "Tell me about it."

Title: Detectives
Author: tasty_boots
Rating: PG-13
Genre and/or Pairing: Gen or pre-slash Dean/Castiel
Spoilers: N/A for SPN, possibly some for Castle
Warnings: TORTURE, orginal character death
Notes: N/A
Word Count: 1,013
Summary: Dean and Castiel get kidnapped on a case. Based on a scene from an episode of Castle.

Dean Winchester hates flash grenades.

They're in a stairwell when the flash bang drops from above, so there's nowhere to hide. Their attackers knock them out while they're still blind and when they wake up, they're both tied to chairs in an abandoned warehouse who knows where. Dean spots three guards in his line of sight, and he assumes that their boss is here somewhere. There is nothing in their vicinity except a trough of water, and that can only spell trouble.

Dean glances to his right to check on his partner, who looks fine except for the fresh bruise on his forehead. Castiel seems to be checking him out as well, and Dean flashes him a quick smile that he hopes is at least a tiny bit reassuring.

"Boys, boys, boys…"

Dean turns away from Cas and puts his game face on. As creepy as Alistair (and if that isn't the worst cover ID Dean has ever heard, he doesn't know what is) looked in his mug shot, he is so much creepier in person, and the thick mobster accent only accentuates this.

"I have a great respect for those in your profession," Alistair whines, "No, really. I'm very…" Alistair squeezes one of Castiel's restrained arms, "Very impressed that the two of you managed to find my hotel room. Now," he drops to crouch in front of them and nods at the thugs standing behind them, "I want you to tell me everything the cops know."

The thugs walk around Dean and Castiel's chairs and begin pouring bags of ice into the water trough.

"If you tell me now, professional to professional, I'll put a bullet through your brain. If not…" Alistair glances at the ice water behind him, "You'll spend the rest of the night begging me to."

Dean looks over at Castiel, and Castiel looks over at Dean, and there are so many things that Dean wishes right this moment, and he knows that none of them will probably ever come true now, and he knows what he has to do.

Dean breaks his eyes away from his partner's, "Nah."

"We'll take option B," Cas says.

Alistair stands from his crouch and sighs, "Pity. I think we'll start with you then."

The thugs grab Cas and drag him over to the water, and Dean struggles in his chair.

Alistair leans down and strokes Dean's cheek, "I think we might need a leash for this one."

One of the guards slips a dog's choke collar around Dean's neck, while the other thugs push Cas's head into the trough. Cas sputters as they pull his head up from the water and his torturer pauses, waiting for him to speak.

Cas coughs and says, "It's a little hot in here, do you mind?"

Dean cringes as they plunge Castiel's face back in the icy water.

Alistair tsks at Cas, "The smartass act always comes before the begging. Believe me, that ice water will hurt like hell when it hits his lungs."

They pull up Castiel's head again, but don't give him time to catch his breath before they shove him back in. Cas starts screaming underwater and Dean struggles against his bonds until the thug behind him yanks at the choke collar around his neck.

~.~.~.~

"Dammit!" Gabe says, "It's password protested."

"We need that number to figure out where they took Dean and Castiel," Jo says.

"Move," Sam says, pushing Gabe's chair away from the computer and kneeling in his place. Sam's fingers fly across the keys and in no time at all he says, "Got it."

Jo pulls out her cell phone and calls the captain back at the station. Gabriel stares at Sam in wonder.

"Why on earth did you ever become a cop?"

"Later," Sam says as they hightail their way out of there.

~.~.~.~

Cas wheezes and coughs horribly when they jerk him out and just before they dunk him again Dean yells, "Wait!"

Castiel sucks in as much air as he can, "Don't tell these assholes anything."

"I can't," Dean shakes his head and Alistair smiles and moves in closer, "I can't watch this anymore. I'm sorry." Dean faces Alistair, "The cops know, they know everything, okay. They know all about… me and your mom."

Alistair drops the smile and Cas laughs. Alistair turns to the thug holding Cas.

"Shoot him in the knee caps."

"No!" Dean yells, "Cas!"

They push Cas to the ground and the man standing over him cocks his gun and Dean struggles so hard that he breaks the chair he's tied to and there's a gun shot and Dean screams and-

And the man standing over Cas falls to the ground dead. There are more shots and the other thugs start going down, and it's only then that Dean realizes that they're being rescued, that Cas is okay.

Dean and Cas meet eyes and Cas, still coughing and shivering, gives Dean a small smile to let him know that he's gonna be okay. They stay put until all of Alistair's lackeys are either dead or in custody. Sam and Jo come and untie them and as soon as Dean's arms are free from the broken chair, he wraps his brother in a hug. Alistair's unconscious body (apparently Gabe tackled him and punched his lights out) gets lugged out to an ambulance. The EMTs cover Cas in blankets and give Dean an ice pack for the bruises around his neck and arms.

Dean chuckles at Cas's blanket-covered form and Cas says, "Not bad for a rookie, huh?"

Dean throws an arm around his partner's shoulders, "Not bad at all."

Word Count: 296
Summary: A winter Dean/Castiel high school AU drabble.

Cas stands up from the table they're studying at and Sam glances up to see him putting on his trench coat.

Dean asks what Sam was thinking, "Where are you going?"

"I really can't stay," Cas says.

"What? But… It's cold outside," Dean protests.

"I'm going away to visit my family tomorrow for winter break."

"But it's really friggin' cold outside!"

Sam places a hand over his mouth to keep from laughing.

"This evening has been very nice. Thank you for dinner, but I think you understand the concepts well enough now, you'll do fine on the test,"

Cas says, stepping away from the table.

"Yeah thanks," Dean says, "But what's your hurry?"

"My mother will worry if I do not arrive home on time."

Sam can't hold it in any longer and starts laughing so hard that he has trouble answering Dean when he asks him what's so funny, "You do- you do realize that the two of you basically just recited the lyrics to 'Baby It's Cold Outside' to each other, right?"

Dean and Cas glance awkwardly at each other before Dean blushes faintly and turns back to his notes, "Whatever. See you next week, Cas."

Cas nods a goodbye to Sam and lets himself out. Sam cracks up again as soon as he's gone. Sam really likes hanging out with Dean and Cas; he hasn't had so much to tease Dean about since his brother was going through puberty. Dean chucks his pen at him, and then belatedly realizes that he needs it.

Sam laughs harder, "Oh, this is going to be so much fun."

Word Count: 225
Summary: Dean sings along with the radio.

The radio alarm goes off at 8 o'clock sharp. Cas groans and rolls over in bed. Dean must already be up because his spot is empty and cold.

"Dean," Cas whines, "Come back to bed."

Dean, the bastard, ignores him and starts singing along to the obnoxious song still playing on the radio. Cas buries his head farther into the pillow before it hits him that Dean is singing along to the radio.

Cas sits up just as Dean leans out of the bathroom, toothbrush in hand and bellows, "I don't think you're ready for this jelly!"

While Cas laughs and chokes, Dean rinses out his mouth and comes out to join him, waiting until Cas has his breathing back under control to kiss him.

"You are ridiculous," Cas says. Dean just grins at him. "And you taste minty."

"Well, you taste like morning breath, so I suggest you get up and brush those pearly whites."

"You wound me!" Cas cries.

Dean smiles and gets up to finish getting ready, and Cas smacks his ass as he goes.

Dean spins around and without missing a beat sings, "'Cause my body's too bootylicious for ya babe!"

Cas cracks up and Dean dances into his clothes.

"You didn't."

"Well, I was only going to get one, but then the woman at the shelter told me that these two are brothers, and it didn't feel right to separate them, so I got them both, and I know they'll be lots of work, Dean, and I know you usually avoid things that require lots of work, but-"

"Those are the cutest fucking puppies I've ever seen."

"Yes, I thought so, too."

"What should we name 'em?"

"How about… Romulus and Remus?"

"I am not naming my dog after a Harry Potter character."

"I don't understand that reference."

"Never mind. What else you got?"

"I- I think the smaller one just urinated on your shoe."

"…We should name that one Sam."

Title: Claim
Author: tasty_boots
Rating: R
Genre and/or Pairing: Dean/Cas werewolf AU
Spoilers: N/A
Warnings: Dominance play, possesivness, sex
Notes: I based my werewolves here on Patricia Briggs werewolves in her Mercy Thompson books.
Word Count: 391
Summary: Dean stakes his claim on Castiel. (Werewolf AU)

Dean's eyes burn gold as his wolf comes closer to the surface. Castiel needs to help Dean gain his control back somehow.

"Dean, I'm going to step outside for a moment, okay?"

In the blink of an eye Dean has Cas shoved up against the wall. Castiel tries his best not to struggle too much; Dean may be more dominant than he is, but Castiel isn't submissive.

"Dean," Castiel can't remember what he's supposed to be doing anymore. He can smell Dean's arousal and the dominant power of his wolf. Castiel pushes forward, skin crawling with the need to touch.

Dean growls, a not completely human sound, and pushes back. He noses against Castiel's neck.

"Mine." Dean slowly closes his teeth over Cas's throat.

Castiel shivers. "Yours."

Dean releases Cas's throat and surges up to claim his mouth. Castiel nips at Dean's lips, and, finally, Dean allows Cas to step away from the wall. Dean maneuvers them towards the couch, ripping off their clothing as he goes. A tiny part of Castiel's brain that isn't completely sex-addled takes a second to mourn the loss of his brand new shirt, but he forgets all about his damn clothes when Dean shoves him down on the couch and practically leaps on top of him.

Dean sits on top of Cas for a moment, simply taking in the sight before him. Castiel growls impatiently and leans up to lick at one of Dean's nipples. Dean groans, but pushes Castiel back down, draping himself across him. They're both too far gone to do much more than thrust and grind and paw, but it brings them to the edge in no time at all.

"Say it," Dean commands.

"Yours," Castiel pants, "I'm yours."

Dean bites down on Cas's shoulder, and Cas comes hard, Dean following close behind.

They lay still to catch their breaths, and Castiel can feel sleep tugging at him.

"Well."

Cas glances up and meets Dean's gaze for a moment. The other werewolf's eyes are back to their natural green hazel color.

"Sam probably isn't going to be happy about the couch," Dean says.

Castiel laughs and kisses him.

Title: The Stars
Author: tasty_boots
Rating: R
Genre and/or Pairing: (Implied) 2014!Dean/2014!Cas
Spoilers: 5.04 The End
Warnings: Angst, language, drug use, barely-there reference to past suicide attempts
Notes: It was easier for me to write this angsty mess than to write something that takes place during or after season 6. That's sad.
Word Count: 457
Summary: Dean asks Cas for a favor.

Dean makes the muddy trek to Cas's cabin that night. Everyone else, including his past self, turned in long ago leaving Dean to study the maps (and drink half a handle of liquor). He nods silently to the night watch on his way and they nod silently back, used to his late night wanderings.

Dean doesn't announce himself, just pushes aside the beaded curtain that serves as a door. The wooden spheres clink together softly, and Cas, sitting on the floor in the middle of the room, drops the needle in surprise.

"Shit," he says, turning to face the door. He relaxes once he sees who it is.

"Oh," he says, "It's just you."

"Who did you think I was?" Dean asks sourly.

Cas blinks lazily at him, "You."

Cas smiles and lays back against the pillows and blankets that surround him. Dean watches him a moment and then goes to join him, stretching out parallel to him.

"I have a favor to ask."

"I wish I lived in a green house."

Dean tilts his head to watch his companion stare up at the ceiling, "Why?"

Cas smiles, "Because then we could see the stars."

"I'll ask Chuck to find you some of those glow-in-the-dark stick-on ones."

Cas's head flops to the side and he gives Dean a dopey grin, "Awesome."

They lay there for a moment, cheeks warm from the drug and the alcohol and maybe something else.

"You wanted to ask me something?"

Dean turns back to the ceiling, imagining hundreds of tiny glowing stars.

"I need you to kill me. Tomorrow. After. If everything goes as planed."

Dean blinks and the imaginary stars are gone.

"I'd do it myself, but I've never… I don't think I can."

Dean feels a hand on his arm and turns to find Cas staring at him, smile gone.

"Don't," he says, "Don't ask me that." Cas moves his hand up to Dean's cheek, "You're all I've got left."

Dean stares back, breath and heart beat speeding up. Cas tilts his head forward and Dean jerks his gaze away.

"I guess I'll just let Risa take her revenge then."

Cas rolls his eyes and laughs. They lay in silence for a few minutes until Cas speaks up again.

"It'd probably be best if I wasn't around tomorrow either. After. If all goes as planed."

Dean's hand twitches with the urge to touch, to soothe, but it stays in place.

Cas shrugs, "Won't really be anything to hang around for once you're gone."

"What about the stars?" Dean whispers.

Cas grins up at the ceiling.

"Fuck 'em."
