There's a certain degree of self-centredness and negativity bias that comes when you're feeling really really low. This couldn't have come at a better moment!  When I find it hard to ride the positivity train all the time and I get caught up feeling like shit I treat myself with something I like. It's mostly junk food (totally unhealthy lol)  but doing little things for yourself is sooooooo important. Everyday a little thing can just make you feel like a million bucks.

Good on for you and keep it up!
