This morning I am meeting someone for a coffee date.  We both have family visiting the next few weeks so it was the only thing that made sense.

I got up a bit early and decided to organize my bathroom a bit.  Yesterday I went to "Patrick's Look of the Isles" and got some Taylor of Old Bond Street goods, so I had to organize to make room.  I threw

Ew, most definitely put on a band-aid. You don't want to be spreading around those blood-borne pathogens of yours, do you?

By the way, I am noticing a pattern with you --- first a gash on your forehead, now a gash on your thumb... tsk tsk tsk. We're going to have to buy you Fisher Price razors from now on, and you can play "Pretend Barber" with yourself.

The gash on my forehead was from a different razor that I have not used since then. It actually kind of looks like a fisher price toy.

I tried to get a band-aid on the wound, but I couldn't get one that would say on and actually cover it. I didn't have time to stop at walgreens for some of that new-fangled gel band-aid stuff so I went commando.

Not sure if that's the right word.

I made sure to hold off on making it visible until I could relay the story naturally in the context of "I'm tired" in response to her "I'm tired". What? That made no sense. I'm tired, so making sense is not an option.
