So Mr. Troll and I have seen it yesterday. Lurved it! ;)
Kept wishing it could be a little longer... wanted to see more here and there, darnit! Well, it is a movie = "visual companion" to the books. :) I'll complain a bit about plot under the cut, but the visuals are absolutely stunning... well, except for one minor peeve of mine.
The first half is excellent. It is all action, action, action.
I want Weasley's tent. Boston real estate is no problem any longer.
I swoon for Amos Diggory. Such a sweet sweet man!
(Fake) Moody!!! Such a mad mad mad Mad-Eye!! Just perfect!
Loved Neville, loved the scene where Moody (Crouch) tortures him mentally in class. What a sick s.o.b.
Loved Fleur. It is difficult to pull a femme fatale in a 17 y.o. student, but she is perfect. On a first glance she seems very understated, but then you realize you want to look at her, and look at her. Nice casting.
Speaking of Fleur and Viktor and Cedric - I wanted to see more of them in the tasks! Especially I wanted to see Fleur so casually extinguishing her burning robes sweatshirt and pants with a flick of a wand. It would be such a nice contrast with panicing Harry.
Oh, and Cedric is hot!!!! :D
Durmstrang boys dress out of the Red Army surplus store, except for the pimp coats. Red sparks v. cool!
They cut out Sirius!!!! How could you!!! He is the most important character liek evah!!! Well, Sirius was hot... literally.
Loved Cho's ball dress! Hermione's was messy...
I did not particularly like the maze - it was too "linear" in terms of plot: no mystery with Krum, no doubts, no sense of journey through.

Graveyard and Priori Incantatem: where was the pheonix' song? The one that strikes fear into dark hearts and gives hope to the pure? Where was fear, and where was hope, btw? Did I just blink and miss it? Swish, flick - portkey - gone. Too bad.The graveyard duel in the book is such an emotional rollercoaster, in the movie IMHO it was too rushed.
And their colors were all wrong. I had such colorful imagery in my head about this scene: first Voldemort's green AK is seen, then pheonix song is heard and golden light threads appear. There is symbolism in colors - red and gold is for pheonix, and for Gryffindor. There is a change of mood in the scene with the song and with the color. Where are my golden threads? :(
(And for godssake, Prongs wasn't bald at 22, put a wig on the actor already!)

Dead Cedric is still hot. And so is undead Voldemort.
