So i know i don't often come in here and complain...not because i don't want to...but because i'm a generally happy person with not much to complain about

hmm... people who are working in a job that makes them miserable can be really nasty like that. I mean, it's one thing to have worked there for a few months, or even a year or two, but when you have devoted a good 10 years or something to a job you hate, it can really wear on you and your personality. I mean... at the same time that it can be really annoying, it kind of makes me feel kind of not proud but.. just a lot better when I'm above the talking and whispering... and if I can do my job well I don't care. Sometimes people will get jealous when you can do a job really well and you are new to it... and they've been really trying. :)
Just savor it.
And if you want to leave after schooling, just do it. Don't tell him you plan to leave until you are done with schooling completely, and when you do have to tell him just hope he won't be too annoyed to not write you a nice recommendation letter lol
don't stress -- work is work as you said, and it isn't anything worth worrying about like that.
well, and i don't mean to be rude, cause i do appreciate any advice you give me, but i'm sorry, being at the same job for a long time is no reason to not do it properly, cause not treating people right constitutes not doing your job right....but i can see your point...i just see it as a cop out for a cranky old woman who needs to switch her estrogen pills :-P
and i know i SHOULDN'T stress about it...but its tough not to do so when i spend most of my freakin life there...ugh....i hate it :-( i want to retire ;-)
i miss you though...hope things are going well :-D
I'm not saying it IS a reason, but I'm saying it DOES happen. After a while, people just stop giving a damn (about their job and about the people they effect at their job) It isn't good, but it is the truth.
lol it is true about the being there all the time thing and it being hard *not* to think about, but I hope you won't let it make you sick :(
I miss you too! Things are going well. it is spring break right now but I'm super busy with work (which blows).. ah well :)
ya...cranky people stink...maybe they all just need hugs...
after talking to pete last night and putting more thought into it i decided to document everything that happened yesterday, and anything that may happen today, and if things aren't any different today, then i will talk to joe on thursday before mary comes in, not to tattle on her or to get him to do something about it, but just so he knows my version of the story...ya know?
